Quality Italian cotton shirting fabric - tiny white spots on navy.  This is a jacquard fabric where the spots are created by woven threads.  

Not only a perfect fabric choice for classic shirts, but also great for beautiful tops, blouses, dresses and even children's wear. 

Spots are approximately 2mm apart.
